I am a learning enthusiast with research interest in Human Resource management domain. I have worked with an HR consultancy wherein I use to handle the recruitment process,particularly in Banking and financial sector. I am also associated with Project Parwaaz as a volunteer where in I teach students virtually of primary classes from rural areas of J&K and Ladakh region. Other hobbies, I like travelling and I also enjoy reading, indulging in sports activities.
