I am doctoral candidate at IIM Sirmaur in the department of IT & Systems. I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur. I have around 3 years of experience working in Business Intelligence domain in Wipro. Due to my education and job experience in IT, I could see the challenges which employees face and the impact information systems have on the businesses. Therefore, it evoked my interest to research and contribute in IS domain.
